Smooth application, good pigmentation, inoffensive fragrance and no taste.
Colour is a dark floral pink that would be flattering for a lot of skin tones.

PROS:
Creamy and moisturizing, as the name implies
Doesn't feather or bleed
Leaves a nice stain on your lips after it's faded (for darker colors)
SPF15 (chemical, although I prefer physical)
Nicely pigmented in 1-2 swipes
Very faint watermelon scent (pleasant and not overwhelming)
CONS:
Packaging feels a bit flimsy, cap seems loose (potential to fall off in a purse)
Does not last very long (perhaps 2 hours of wear, but I'm a chronic lipstick/gloss eater)
Fragrance may be irritating to some
Final Thoughts:
This was one of my first personal lipsticks I've worn, and still one of my favorites! These lip colors are semi-sheer, but they can build up to be more pigmented. Also since they are so moisturizing, I do not always need a lip balm underneath when I'm applying them. If I could, I would definitely repurchase these again. Too bad these are discontinued, I stocked up during the last CVS sale and now I don't see the display for them anywhere. :(

This lip stick is amazing!!! I have it in nude blush and it is such a natural lip colour with some shine!!!. The smell smells like watermelon!!! isn't that amazing?? most lipsticks smell like wax or plastic...It also last for a few hours. Obviously if you eat you need to reapply it...you also don't need to apply a lip balm first since it is so moisturizing hence the name moisture extreme!!!!!! The packaging is not the prettiest but is not the ugliest too. Great product!!!

I got several lipsticks from maybelline and im always attracted to buy seeing their range of colors. This really feels like lip balm upon application, lips are moisturized. But for me, the moisture doesn't stay. It wears off after a while and the shine is gone. It's better to top it with gloss to keep the gorgeous color shine. Cheaper priced than my usual Revlon and Loreal lipsticks so it's not bad to get a few of them in different colors. 'Will repurchase if they come up again with new shades.

I own ten of these lipsticks. I'm not a lipstick girl, but these=love! Nicely pigmented and moisturizing. Way better than Color Sensational, to be honest.

The BEST moisturizing lipstick I've found! I've tried everything under the sun, and find a lot of lipsticks are just too drying on me.
But Moisture Extreme really does the trick - the colors are opaque enough, but feel very light, and not sticky.
It also doesn't tend to bleed, which I thought it would, considering it's consistency.
My only criticism is I wish they made more of a range of brighter pinks and reds.
I actually used up all the ME lipsticks I bought last year, to the quick.
I live most of the year in Australia, where Maybelline lipstick will set you back$15-$20, so I stock up when I come home to the US once year.

I love the formula of this lipstick.
I dislike a lot of lip products based on the way they feel on my lips. Lipsticks tend to feel heavy and dry, while glosses are too sticky or gooey for my liking.
Maybelline Moisture Extreme feels like a lip balm on; slightly slick, but not tacky. Scent is light and not offensive at all. No heavy flowery, vanilla or chemical scents, just a vague hint of cucumber.
It comes in a dark red tube, which isn't the most glamorous but isn't ugly. Some of the caps stay on better than others.
Rose Hush is my favorite color of the line; muted neutral pinky beige nude. Just the color I've been searching for; it's not orange or pink or brown, just MLBB.
A lot of the best colors were recently discontinued (including my beloved Rose Hush) but the formula and consistency will keep me trying other shades. They all seem to go on pretty sheer, but able to build moderate coverage.

The best, most moisturizing lipsticks in the drugstore, with the prettiest colors and finishes. So of course, dc. Revlon Super Lustrous are as great, if you prefer a heavier feel on the lips with more stain.

I really like the color and texture of this lipstick--feels nice and not drying on my lips. It didn't feather and faded to a natural look (no ring or stain around my lips). However, I think my tube may have spoiled or something. It smells EXACTLY like Nair. I'm not sensitive to makeup fragrances at all, but this really triggers my gag reflex. Maybe that's why this was on clearance. I put "no" for repurchase even though I liked the lipstick well enough only because I didn't like it enough to risk getting another tube that smells like this.

I have petal, a sheer but buildable, bright pink creme and rosy glow, a pretty sheer shimmery ylbb pink.
these are so creamy, they feather a bit, and last about 1-2 before re-applying, i'm not huge into lipsticks but when i do these are the perfect glossy, moisturizing and slightly more pigmented than a gloss formula.

Totally repuchase! I Loooooooove this product! So moisturizing, so smooth & the colors are great for day look! I have sweet coral & natural nude ( i wanted to buy nude blush so bad, but i couldn't find in my country, so i decided to buy this shade which i think nearly similar with nude blush :p). This is my favorite Maybelline lipstick. I prefer this over the Color Sensationals. I love how it moisturizes my lips and smells like melons. It ANNOYS me that Maybelline decided to focus on their CS line and decided to discontinue some shades from this line. Yes, the CS lipsticks are good and are more pigmented than this, but these feel better and are of excellent quality. And what's worse, they discontinued the shades that I love! Sugar plum ice and nude blush are my favorites and I'm sure nude blush sells good as many people like it too. I am just so sad about this. Thank goodness they didn't discontinue royal red because it is my favorite red, but I wish they kept midnight red as well. Also born with it and peach colada they dc! I know CS has a born with it, but I just prefer the formula of the moisture extremes! So sad:( I really thought that when Rimmel released their moisture renew line, Maybelline would see how good their ME lippies are and would produce new stocks... I really hope Maybelline would change their mind.

I brought this in G90 Rose Hush.
I've been trying to find a colour that matches up to Rimmel Rich Moisture in 361 Earth Star. I thought this colour looks similar so I purchased it.
I hated the melon smell on any lip products and this had it. First off, when I got home and compared the 2, this colour to me was slightly darker which was not a problem all. However upon application this lipstick was less pigmented, you need several layer just to get the colour. It was very moisturizing, lips did not flake, dry or crack during the day, but it was definitely not durable.
I purchase this on sale, and to me I use it more now like a tinted lip balm, but when I finish this lipstick I wont be repurchasing. All together it was never an expensive product, if the colour was a lot more pigmented I actually would really love it.

I have tried Nude Blush and Buttercup. Love Buttercup and found Nude Blush too pink for me on my NC30ish tone. Maybelline Moisture Extreme in Buttercup is my HG lipstick!

I bought this in Born With It, the standard pink lip shade of their brand. I love the color, and will replace it when it's gone. I'm also making my collection of colors larger, there are plenty of nice ones.
These do moisturize more than any other lipstick I've tried, but they aren't like lipbalm. Lasts a while with or without lip liner and doesn't feather like mad, despite the increased glide.
Overall:
The texture is smooth, the color payoff is nice, the color selection is phenomenal, the tube looks nice and keeps the lipstick safe, the smell and taste is pleasant, and the price is right and there are almost always sales or coupons with the brand.

I have Thatīs mauvie and Pinky beige colours from this range, and I have to say a love them both. Thatīs mavie is little bit cold for my complexion, but the consistency is amazing, so smooth, it really does hydrate lips, like a lip balm. Pinky beige is really my colour, like nice sixties nude colour, but it does feel dry on my lips:-(...

I'm very picky about lipstick, but this is a great buy! Like the name says, it does moisturize, and best of all it doesn't smell like lipstick! I have this product in Metallic Mauve and Orchid Frost, and (personally) I think they smell a tad bit fruity. :)

What I love about this product is, it really moisturizes! *duh. LOL.
But, well, what I don't like about the product is, it don't really have beautiful nor strong colors. I don't know, but, it work more like a lipcare than lipstick to me :(
I have to wear rich-colored lipgloss after wearing this product so my lips could have more color. And no, not gonna buy this again.

I la-la-love this lipstick!! I actually wasn't looking for it when I picked it up. I was at WalMart for another tube of my Maybelline Color Sensational lipstick, when I stumbled upon this product. It was cheaper than the Color Sensational, and I was looking for a more moisturizing lipstick anyway, so I bought the Moisture Extreme in Berry Sorbet instead. Great decision. Though it requires reapplication every couple hours, the color is vibrant and not too shimmery or matte. And the formula? Great. My lips always feel hydrated with it on. Probably going to try another color when this tube runs out... or maybe tomorrow ;)

I brought shimmer shell (446) a few days ago and I'm liking it. The shade I brought is pretty neutral. I love how it glides on easily. Its great for moisturising the lips but not as a long lasting lipstick.
